By using our services and software, or both, you agree to abide by and comply with this agreement. In the event that you violate any provision of this agreement, your account may be terminated immediately.

Acceptance

If a client accepts a quote, they will be deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions and to have satisfied themselves regarding the applicable terms.

Please carefully read these terms and conditions. You must have read and agreed to our terms and conditions before making a purchase or making use of our services.

During the design phase and after the overall development of the website has been completed, Client Review Compasswebinnov will give the client a chance to review the website's appearance and content.

General

These Terms and Conditions supersede all representations, understandings, or agreements, including but not limited to customer details, accounting documentation, agreements, policies, pricing, marketing strategies, statistics, etc.

Completion time and Content Control

Compasswebinnov will introduce and openly post or supply the client's site by the date determined in the task proposition or at the date concurred with the client upon Compasswebinnov getting started installment, except where a deferral is explicitly requested by the client and approved by Compasswebinnov.

In exchange, the client grants permission to designate a single individual as the primary contact to assist Compasswebinnov in moving the commission forward in a way that is both satisfactory and expedient. We ask that you provide all the necessary information in advance because of this. We reserve the right to close the project and require immediate payment of the remaining balance if you agree to provide the required information but fail to do so within one week of the project start. Additional Costs

The client agrees to pay Compasswebinnov any additional costs incurred in order to complete the work. The purchase of custom fonts, stock photos, and other items are examples.

Copyright and Licensing

The Client grants Compasswebinnov the right to publish and use the Client-provided data, files, and graphic logos. The client retains the copyright to these materials. Any files or information that are protected by copyright must be used by the client with permission. The client is further answerable for conceding Compasswebinnov consent and privileges for utilization of the equivalent and consents to repay and hold innocuous Compasswebinnov from all possible cases coming about because of the client's carelessness or powerlessness to acquire legitimate copyright authorizations. The codes will never be permitted to be used for reselling or duplicate purposes.

You agree that, in addition to the other restrictions outlined in these Terms of Service, you may not:

To speed up the feedback process, a single point of contact from the client side must be appointed and made available. Additionally, content that needs to be altered during the development phase or that is incomplete can delay the project. If any of the preceding conditions are not met, Compasswebinnov) cannot be held to the agreed-upon delivery date.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations, warranties, and conditions regarding our website and its use. This disclaimer does not:

A valid, legal, and enforceable provision that is mutually acceptable and closest to the parties' intentions shall replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
